Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/3 c. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. snipped chives or scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • In a blender, blend well the cream cheese and sour cream or yogurt.
  • Mix in garlic, chives and parsley.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Turn into small shallow dish and chill 3 hours. Serve with crackers, bread sticks or raw vegetables.
