Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/3 c. sour cream or yogurt
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 heaping Tbsp. snipped chives or scallions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Method
- In a blender, blend well the cream cheese and sour cream or yogurt.
- Mix in garlic, chives and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn into small shallow dish and chill 3 hours. Serve with crackers, bread sticks or raw vegetables.
