Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 slices bread, slightly wet with water
- 1 c. condensed mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. mayo
Method
- In skillet, grease bottom of pan with 2 tablespoons mayo.
- Mix hamburger, onion, salt and pepper in bowl and mix well.
- Take 2 slices of bread and mix with a little water until moist, then pinch off pieces and put into mixture.
- Stir all together and make into little balls.
- Brown both sides until done in middle, then add 1 cup of water to mushroom soup in a bowl and stir.
- Pour over meatballs and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
