Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cans English peas, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small jar pimiento, undrained
- 3 or 4 boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 can fried onion rings
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients and half the onion rings.
- Spoon half the pea mixture into casserole.
- Top with half the cheese. Spoon remaining pea mixture on top. Add remaining cheese and onions on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
