Ingredients

  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 cups powdered milk
  • 2 cups powdered coffee creamer
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup dark cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 2 dashes cayenne pepper

Method

  • Sift the confectioners sugar and the cocoas into large bowl; add all other ingredients, mix thoroughly with whisk or spoon until mixture is all the same color.
  • Store mix in airtight container.
  • Makes approximately 10 cups cocoa mix.
  • Directions: Fill mug with 1/3 of cocoa mix, add hot water, stir, enjoy.
