Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Beat eggs well.
- Add milk, bread, salt and mustard.
- Stir in sausage and cheese.
- Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until firm at 350°.
