Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large jar Ragu extra chunky sauce
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • garlic and oregano to taste

Method

  • Brown beef with onion, garlic and oregano seasonings.
  • Remove from heat.
  • In large saucepan, heat Ragu sauce and add beef mix to sauce.
  • Cook noodles.
  • While these are cooking, mix Ricotta, parsley and egg together and grate Mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer as follows:
  • sauce, noodles, cheese and sauce.
  • Bake in 325° oven until bubbly and golden.
  • Makes 6 servings.
