- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large jar Ragu extra chunky sauce
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, diced
- garlic and oregano to taste
Method
- Brown beef with onion, garlic and oregano seasonings.
- Remove from heat.
- In large saucepan, heat Ragu sauce and add beef mix to sauce.
- Cook noodles.
- While these are cooking, mix Ricotta, parsley and egg together and grate Mozzarella cheese.
- Layer as follows:
- sauce, noodles, cheese and sauce.
- Bake in 325° oven until bubbly and golden.
- Makes 6 servings.
