Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground lamb
  • 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 slider buns, toasted
  • 1 bunch watercress, thick stems removed
  • Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumbers
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon

Method

  • Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and pepper just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  • Add patties; cook 5 to 6 min.
  • on each side or until done (160F).
  • Meanwhile, prepare Tzatziki Sauce.
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with watercress, Tzatziki Sauce and tops of buns.
