Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin (90% lean)
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (fire roasted recommended)
  • 2 teaspoons salt (grey sea salt)
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper (Syrian)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 medium onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 green pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 red pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 yellow pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper (finely chopped)

Method

  • prep topping ingredients as dough prepares in the bread machine. Use food processor to further mince the ingredients if necessary.

  • roll out dough thinly.
  • Move Up Move Down.
  • place a thin layer of meat mixture on rolled out dough.
  • pat done with spatula.
  • bake at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • I would recommend you use parchment paper so dough does not stick to pan.
