Ingredients
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
Method
- Cream cheese and margarine.
- Sift dry ingredients and add to cheese mixture.
- Fold in Rice Krispies.
- Let dough stand in refrigerator overnight or until chilled.
- Roll into small balls and flatten into small wafers with a fork.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Makes about 6 dozen.
- May be doubled.
