Ingredients
- 1 large can kraut
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped or grated
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Method
- Drain kraut well.
- Mix with green pepper, celery, onion, carrot, celery seed and pimento and combine with sugar, vinegar and salad oil.
- Let salad sit in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
