Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. picante (mild)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- garlic salt
- 1/2 to 1 jalapeno
Method
- Have cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and picante at room temperature.
- Mix very well.
- Add onion, garlic salt and jalapeno; mix well.
- Spread on tortilla and roll lightly.
- Put back in refrigerator.
- Chill and then cut with electric knife.
- Can freeze.
