Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Bag Frozen Corn
  • 2 ounces, weight Goat Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Non-fat Milk
  • 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray; add corn and scatter goat cheese in the corn.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and melt for about 20 seconds. Add the milk, mix well. Pour butter mixture over corn. Sprinkle corn with cheddar cheese; mix well.
  • Cover baking dish and bake for about 35 - 37 minutes or until corn is cooked and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
