Ingredients
- 946 milliliters Buttermilk
- 177 milliliters Vanilla Yogurt
- 100 milliliters Whipping Cream (optional)
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 85 grams Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
- 12 whole Strawberries, Washed And Hulled
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and blend until you have a smooth and well-combined mixture. Taste. Add more sugar and/or lemon juice if needed. Put it into a bowl and chill until serving. Serve the koldskal cold and with the topping of your liking. Enjoy!
