Ingredients

  • 946 milliliters Buttermilk
  • 177 milliliters Vanilla Yogurt
  • 100 milliliters Whipping Cream (optional)
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 85 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
  • 12 whole Strawberries, Washed And Hulled

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and blend until you have a smooth and well-combined mixture. Taste. Add more sugar and/or lemon juice if needed. Put it into a bowl and chill until serving. Serve the koldskal cold and with the topping of your liking. Enjoy!
