Ingredients
- 1 lb. chopped chuck
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. grated cheese
- garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- In large bowl mix chopped chuck, bread wet with water and squeezed out, eggs bread crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, cheese and garlic salt.
- Mix just enough to blend.
- Form into balls and fry in heavy skillet with oil.
