Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Method

  • Cook broccoli; drain.
  • Mix soup and sour cream in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Stir in all except French fried onions.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Top with French fried onions.
  • Bake 5 to 8 more minutes.
  • Serve.
