Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, Stems Removed, Sliced In Half
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cups Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/3 cups Gorgonzola Cheese, Crumbled
- 1/3 cups Roasted Pecans
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Place Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, salt,and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and top with pomegranate arils, Gorgonzola cheese and pecans. Eat!
