Ingredients

  • 12 eggs (separated )
  • 1 12 pints cream or 1 12 pints half-and-half
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 12 cups whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 quarts milk

Method

  • Separate the yolks and eggs whites.
  • Put the whites in another bowl and set aside.
  • With a electric mixer, beat egg yolks until they are a lemon color.
  • Add sugar & salt, & beat until smooth.
  • Slowly add the whiskey, cream or half & half, nutmeg & milk.
  • In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until they form a soft peek.
  • Fold the egg whites into the 1st half of the mixer you prepared.
  • Chill & serve.
