Ingredients
- 12 eggs (separated )
- 1 12 pints cream or 1 12 pints half-and-half
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups whiskey
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 quarts milk
Method
- Separate the yolks and eggs whites.
- Put the whites in another bowl and set aside.
- With a electric mixer, beat egg yolks until they are a lemon color.
- Add sugar & salt, & beat until smooth.
- Slowly add the whiskey, cream or half & half, nutmeg & milk.
- In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until they form a soft peek.
- Fold the egg whites into the 1st half of the mixer you prepared.
- Chill & serve.
