Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1/4 c dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 c minced onion
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 jar (10 oz) grape jelly

Method

  • Mix first nine ingredients and shape into balls the size you prefer.
  • Pour oil in large skillet, add meat balls and brown. Remove meat balls and drain on paper towels.
  • Pour off oil. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in same skillet until melted.
  • Add meat balls and stir until coated.
  • Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
