Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. red corn syrup
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans
Method
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Add syrup and beat well.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add vanilla, melted butter and then pecans last.
- Pour into 2 deep pie shells.
- Bake at 325° until solid.
- Yields 12 servings.
- Preparation time is 45 minutes.
