Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. lean beef and/or pork
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can peeled tomatoes, cut up
Method
- Fill each empty can with water and add.
- Cover pot tightly and cook for approximately 2 hours on very low flame.
- Serve hot.
