Ingredients
- 1 qt. distilled water
- 6 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 oz. Folger's instant coffee
- 1 qt. Everclear or any 190 proof grain alcohol
- 1 1/2 oz. vanilla
Method
- Make a simple syrup of water and sugar.
- Cool after adding the instant coffee to room temperature.
- Add vanilla and Everclear. Immediately place in glass container to store.
- Makes 2 pints or 3 fifths.
