- chicken wings
- fresh ginger, diced
- fresh garlic, diced
- equal parts: dry sherry and soy sauce
Method
- Place chicken wings in baking pan in one layer.
- Sprinkle generously with fresh ginger and garlic.
- Cover with equal parts of dry sherry and soy sauce.
- Cover; marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake chicken wings, uncovered, for 1 hour.
