Ingredients
- 4 Fresh Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Small White Or Red Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Finely Chopped
- 1 Handful Of Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
- Then pour the pico over whatever you wish or dip whatever you wish into the pico!
- Keep refrigerated.
