Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 c. whole kernel corn (frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- black pepper to taste
Method
- Fry bacon crisp; drain, cool and crumble.
- In a large skillet, cook onion and green pepper until soft.
- Add corns, sugar, onion powder and black pepper.
- Stir well and let "fry" 30 minutes on low heat.
- Add bacon pieces.
