Ingredients
- 1 carton low-fat raspberry yogurt
- 3 c. fresh peach slices
- 1 tbsp. honey or sugar
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, peaches, and honey or sugar.
- Blend until almost smooth.
- Add the milk and vanilla and continue to blend until smooth.
- To chill, blend in 1 cup of ice.
- Serve immediately.
