Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can creamed corn
- 6 oz. smoked sausage (can use ham)
- 1 can new whole potatoes, cut up, cooked until tender and drained (can use Irish potatoes)
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 4 oz. smoked Cheddar cheese (can use Swiss), grated
Method
- Stir milk with creamed corn. Add potatoes, corn and meat. Heat thoroughly. Take off heat. Add cheese. When it is melted, serve and top with chopped onions (optional).
