Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 pound Minute Steak Or Cube Steak
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil Or Butter
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • Rice Or Mashed Potatoes For Serving

Method

  • Combine flour, salt, mustard powder, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
  • Dredge steaks in the flour mixture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil or butter.
  • Brown steaks in the skillet until just barely brown on each side.
  • Then place steaks in greased crock pot.
  • Combine soup and water in a small dish.
  • Pour it over the top of the steaks.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.
  • Serve with rice or potatoes.
