Ingredients
- 2 cans boned chicken (10 oz.)
- 1 can barbecue pork (10 oz.)
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1/2 c. hot barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can roast beef (12 oz.)
- 1 large onion
- 1 can creamed corn (15 oz.)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- water, salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Peel and chop onion and potatoes.
- Add water, boil until tender.
- Chop meat and add.
- Add all other ingredients except corn.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add corn.
- Cover and leave on lowest heat until ready to serve.
