Ingredients
- 2 small cans chili peppers
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
Method
- Put chili peppers in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
- Pour cheeses, milk and egg mixture over chili and cheeses.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
