Ingredients
- 32 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. whip cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1/2 pkg. Oreos (the 1 1/4 lb. size pkg.)
Method
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and whipped cream together until smooth.
- Then in separate bowl, mix eggs, flour and vanilla, then mix into cream cheese mixture.
- Crush the Oreos and mix with the melted butter.
- Press the Oreo mixture into a spring-form pan. Pour 1/2 the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Crush the remaining Oreos and sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the Oreo layer.
- Cook at 300° for 80 minutes.
