Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
Method
- Saute chopped onion in 3 teaspoons butter.
- Add ground beef, seasoned to taste, and saute.
- Put a layer of cabbage in a 2-quart casserole.
- Cover with a layer of beef.
- Top with the rest of the cabbage.
- Pour a can of tomato soup over all.
- Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350°.
