Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. ginger, chopped fine
- flour
- 3 eggs
- green onion, chopped fine
Method
- Mix ground chuck, sugar, soy sauce and ginger; let stand for a while.
- Make into patties.
- Dip in flour.
- Mix eggs and green onions.
- Dip patties in egg mixture.
- Pan-fry in lightly oiled pan over very low heat.
- Cook on each side.
