Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine (small pkg.)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can shrimp, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Bring soup to a boil.
- Add cream cheese and beat until melted. Add gelatine (small package dissolved in 1/2 cup water); cool. Before it sets, add mayonnaise, chopped mixture and shrimp.
- Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
