- 1/4 to 3/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- chunk of meat, sliced thin
- 1/4 to 3/8 c. soy sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. Season-All salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Tabasco to taste
Method
- Marinate meat overnight.
- Lay strips across oven rack.
- Leave door open about 1 1/2 hours.
- Dry at 140° to 150° for 8 to 10 hours.
- When you complete this process you will have Jerky!
