Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean hamburger
- 10 medium sized potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg. carrots
Method
- Patty hamburger and season with seasoning salt.
- Prepare vegetables and slice thinly.
- Place a serving of each on top of patty and season lightly.
- Place in foil and wrap it.
- Preheat oven to 350° and cook 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender.
- Makes approximately 6 servings.
