Ingredients
- 3 bags veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- Velveeta cheese
- Ritz crackers
- 5 to 6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Method
- Cook veggies as directed on packages.
- Drain and put in large bowl.
- Cut slices of Velveeta and cover top of veggies.
- Crumble Ritz crackers and spread over cheese.
- Place 5 or 6 tablespoons of butter on crackers.
- Put in 350°
- oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
