Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
- 3 c. cooked long grain rice
- 1/2 c. frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Method
- Combine eggs and water in a small bowl.
- Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until eggs are set, stirring after 1 minute.
- Chop eggs and set aside.
