Ingredients
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 pt. cream (8 oz. Cool Whip)
Method
- Heat sugar and pineapple to boiling.
- Remove from heat; add Jell-O which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water.
- Let stand until congealed (put in refrigerator).
- Add cheese and Cool Whip.
