- 2 to 4 lb. meaty ribs
- 2 sliced onions
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Divide ribs into serving pieces.
- Place in roasting pan.
- Lay onions on top and pour over them the sauce made from the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours in moderate oven or until tender.
- Remove cover for the last 20 minutes and
- allow to brown.
