Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 lb. meaty ribs
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 3/4 c. water

Method

  • Divide ribs into serving pieces.
  • Place in roasting pan.
  • Lay onions on top and pour over them the sauce made from the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours in moderate oven or until tender.
  • Remove cover for the last 20 minutes and
  • allow to brown.
