- 3 c. potatoes, cut
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon cube and seasonings; mix well.
- Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until all veggies are tender.
- Gradually add milk and flour mixture to vegetables.
- Cook until thickened.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
