Ingredients
- 2 oz flour
- 1 each egg
- 2 oz water
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 1 tbsp hidden valley ranch powder
- 1 burger stuffer
Method
- Mix ingredients for batter.
- Pre heat oil to 350F.
- Take a leaf of collard or what ever leaf you use, put in a 1/3 measuring cup an pack cheeses and other treasure chest ingredients in leaf.
- Wrap leaf over and coat with batter ad to deep fryer.
- Cook till crispy then drain oil place in fridge.
- Preheat oil 375F.
- Mix burger ingredients and set aside.
- Remove chest from fridge deep fry short time at 375F.
- Take out drain.
- Leave chests out to cool.
- Form burgers in a burger stuffer deep enough to fit chest , one chest cooled place in burger cover burger with more beef and repeat to howmany you want.
- Preheat a cast iron pan or oven safe pan on stove top place burgers carefully in pan and cook brown one side flip the preheat oven 325F.
- Once burger brown both sides place pan in oven cook to your desired liking.
