Ingredients
- 1 (No. 303) can Blue Lake green beans, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. pickle relish
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. diced celery, minced
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly lowfat sour cream
Method
- Mix vegetables, pickle relish, Large eggs, salt and pepper.
- Add in mayonnaise or possibly lowfat sour cream and mix lightly.
- Refrigeratethoroughly and serve on salad green.
- Garnish with grated cheese, if you like.
- Makes 4 generous servings as a salad course, 6 when served with entree.
