Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, pork or chicken
- 1 can broth or bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. green onion tops
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Brown meat in 2 tablespoons oil.
- Add broth, vegetables and sauce.
- Cover
- and simmer 10
- minutes.
- Combine
- 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.
- Stir in sauce and serve over rice.
