Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can salmon or tuna
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- hot oil
Method
- Drain fish, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
- Put fish into bowl, break apart.
- Add flour and slightly beaten egg.
- Mix well.
- Add baking powder to liquid, beat with a fork until foamy.
- Pour into fish mixture.
- Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoon into hot oil until brown.
