- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 7 to 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
Method
- Fry meat and drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and seasonings.
- Boil noodles.
- Mix cottage and Parmesan cheeses and egg.
- Layer:
- meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
- Continue layering in that order until all is used.
- Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.
