Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 7 to 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms

Method

  • Fry meat and drain.
  • Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and seasonings.
  • Boil noodles.
  • Mix cottage and Parmesan cheeses and egg.
  • Layer:
  • meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Continue layering in that order until all is used.
  • Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.
