Ingredients
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
Method
- Cream sugars and butter together.
- Add flour, salt and egg. Add half and half cream very slowly, blending well between each addition.
- Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
