Ingredients
- 1 lb. tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. basil or other herbs (oregano, parsley)
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Let marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
