Ingredients

  • 2 cans pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
  • 4 bananas, cut in 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 avocados, cut in 1/2-inch squares
  • 2 papayas, cut in 1/2-inch squares
  • papaya seed dressing (for dipping)

Method

  • Sprinkle slices of banana, avocado and papaya in lemon juice to coat.
  • Alternate the fruit on 5 to 7-inch skewers.
  • Stick skewers in a pineapple with top intact or serve on a plate garnished with greens.
  • Serve with bowl of homemade or bottled papaya seed dressing.
