Ingredients
- 2 cans pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
- 4 bananas, cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 2 avocados, cut in 1/2-inch squares
- 2 papayas, cut in 1/2-inch squares
- papaya seed dressing (for dipping)
Method
- Sprinkle slices of banana, avocado and papaya in lemon juice to coat.
- Alternate the fruit on 5 to 7-inch skewers.
- Stick skewers in a pineapple with top intact or serve on a plate garnished with greens.
- Serve with bowl of homemade or bottled papaya seed dressing.
