Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
- Heat oven to 350°; grease 8 or 10-inch pie plate.
- Put remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high 1 minute.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake until brown, 50 to 55 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes; cut and serve.
