Ingredients
- 2 12 lbs round steaks, trimmed of fat
- 13 cup flour
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup chili sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 13 cup stuffed olives, sliced
Method
- Cut meat into bite size pieces.
- Mix flour and pepper.
- Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil in large skillet.
- (May need to brown in batches).
- Combine ingredients for sauce.
- After all meat is brown, return to pan and pour sauce over meat.
- Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
